"The 2021 Galitzine Vineyard Clone 8 Cabernet Sauvignon sports a deep garnet-purple color. It slowly emerges from the glass with fragrant notions of black and red currant preserves, tree bark, and forest floor, leading to a savory undercurrent of bay leaves, black olives, and rare beef. The full-bodied palate is wonderfully light on its feet with grace and finesse, backed up by a refreshing line and very soft, satiny tannins, finishing long and earthy. 1200 cases were made."
